Private Therapy Sessions
Sat Nam Kaur is known for her thorough care with children, teens, and adults. Bringing clarity to challenges for over ten years, Sat Nam has been providing effective therapy for families with yoga, movement, coaching, and tutoring.
Sat Nam provides soft advocacy for IEP meetings and detailed reports for professionals working with your child. Please ask for more details if this service is needed.
Sat Nam travels to the home. Sessions are scheduled for up to two hours. Families are encouraged to rest and drink plenty of water after sessions.
More and more schools are interested in bringing a beginner's yoga assembly to their students. Sat Nam Kaur can work with any space and any age. Providing an engaging experience with movement, on the floor, or in chairs, and useful meditations for academic success and emotional resilience, students are introduced to a set of yogic tools with healing movements and meditations, that students can access on their own, and at no cost.
Along with staff development, these tools can be provided in the classroom.
Outreach programs for parents and caregivers help to bring these tools to the whole family.
Ongoing support is provided by local yoga studios in New England for families and professionals working with children and their families. Please see our Be Inspired page for more details and updates.
